1-1 Sessions

Get our full attention with 1-1 training in our private studio.  Sessions are tailored for each individual ensuring a bespoke and professional service.


1 Hour Session


£180 for 4 Week Block

Buddy or Group (3-4)

Team up with a partner, friends or collegues and share the costs and fun!


Note: We advise a group/partnership of similar ability/goals.


Buddy = £30pp ph

Group = £20pp ph

Outdoor Training

Want to enjoy the fresh air and sunshine whilst you exercise - no problem! We have exclusive use of the Prime Four forecourt, outdoor training kit and running trails.

(No extra cost)

1-1 Box HIIT (Currently unavailable due to Covid-19)

30 mins of high intensity boxing intervals and drills with your trainer.  These sessions are ideal if you are short on time and enjoy boxing or fancy learning some basic moves from a professional

£25 for 30min session

Sports Performance

Add to your competitive edge by working with our Sports Scientist to improve muscle memory, co-ordination and sports specific conditioning.

Pre & Post Natal 

Pre & Post Natal qualified and mother of two - Lynne can guide you safely through training during pregnancy.  You can even bring your little one along for your post partum training!

Body Analysis

We have a trained anthropometrist on-site!  

- Body Fat % (Callipers)

- Bio Impedance

- Blood Pressure 

- Circumferences

- Visceral Fat Count

- Basic Metabolic Rate

(complimentary with any PT package)

Mobility & Rehab

Need to ease back into exercise gently?  Nurse an old injury or simply increase mobility and flexibility?  We can use various methods including partner stretching and referral to a physiotherapy partner where necessary.
